The Lady Viking Varsity Soccer team picked up their first win of the season Wednesday night against Wayne with a true team effort. Ava Prince logged a complete game shut out while her teammates put 8 goals in the back of the net. Jaylee Adams, Madison Gilbert, and Grace Sundermann all contributed two goals to the effort while Shai Tackis and Olivia Baranyi rounded out the scoring. Jaylee Adams, Grace Sundermann, Lindsey Gilmore, Olivia Barayni, and Madison Siegman each recorded one assist on the night as well. The Lady Vikings will be back in action Monday September 8th as they take on Sidney at home. JV starts at 5:30 and Varsity kicks off at 7:15.
