The Vikings kicked off their season on Wednesday, November 19th at Poelking Lanes South in a tightly contested matchup against the Beavercreek Beavers. The opening game went to Miamisburg, 1095–1033, before Beavercreek answered in game two with an 1111–1038 victory. That gave the Beavers a slim 2144–2133 advantage heading into the two-game Baker finale.

The Vikings surged when it counted most, rolling Baker games of 207 and 202 to Beavercreek’s 182 and 204, sealing a hard-fought 12-pin victory.

Miamisburg was led by an outstanding performance from junior James Chapman III, who fired games of 258 and 257. Junior Grant Drusen added impressive scores of 235 and 199, while junior Andrew Parker contributed 223 and 203. Sophomore Kayden Reboulet chipped in a strong 234, and sophomore Landon Blaettner posted a solid 208.

The Vikings return to action on Saturday at the Kick Off Tournament in Columbus at HP Lanes. Bowling begins at 12:00 PM.
