The Miamisburg Vikings earned their second win of the season in dominant fashion Thursday night, defeating Wayne 2,658–1,892 and shattering a long-standing school record in the process.

Miamisburg posted team games of 1,175 and 1,124 for a two-game total of 2,299, surpassing the previous school record of 2,274 set during the 2013–14 season against Lebanon. The performance marked one of the strongest regular-pin showings in program history.

Sophomore Kayden Reboulet led the charge with exceptional games of 290 and 247. His 537 two-game series broke the Miamisburg sophomore series record by two pins. Junior Andrew Parker delivered the next-highest series on the team with games of 257 and 237, while junior Grant Drusen followed closely behind with scores of 257 and 225. Sophomore Zach Masters added a strong 227 game to bolster the Vikings’ total.

In junior varsity action, Miamisburg’s JV squad also came away victorious, topping Valley View 1,891–1,655. Sophomore Gavan Towery led the JV Vikings with scores of 186 and 157.

Varsity is back in action on Saturday at the Ironclad tournament at Highland Lanes in Hillsboro.
