Lady Vikings hosted the Troy Lady Trojans at home Monday night for a non-conference matchup !
It was a slow battle to start, with both teams struggling to score. Lots of defense being played & shots not falling. Halftime score was 9-13 Burg trailed.

Second half brought some more energy & the pace picked up by both teams. End of the 3rd Lady Viks still trailed 15-21. The 4th quarter was back & forth buckets but Burg couldn’t make a run to get the game back in their hands. At the end of the 4th the Lady Viks lost 22-31.

Scoring led by Sophomore Jordyn Mumpower with 6 points, followed by Senior Madalyn Ball with 5 points & Freshman Katie Willis with 4 points.
