The Miamisburg High School Women’s gymnastics team kicked off their season on Saturday at the Cincinnati Country Day Cup meet.

We had four students compete today in the meet and they provided some exciting routines.

The team faced competition from 28 other teams in our district and finished in 10th place.

We had several top 20 finishes.
Vault – Daegen Vitale finished 14th.
Beam – Sydney Toole finished 19th.
Floor – Reagan Tool finished 7th, Daegen Vital finished in 13.
All Around – Daegen Vitale finished in 13th.

The team’s next meet will be Monday, January 19th at the Troy/Northmont Invitational. Miamisburg will compete in the second session. Competition will begin at 11:20 and the meet is at Gem City Gymnastics. (1462 Harmony Drive, Tipp City, Ohio) Admission is $9 (Students $8). Come and support your Viking Gymnasts.
