The boys wrestling team traveled to Coldwater this weekend to compete in the Cavalier Invitational and turned in an outstanding performance. Competing against 31 teams, the Vikings finished 4th overall with a team score of 144 points.

We had eight placers earn spots on the podium, including two tournament champions. Special congratulations to sophomore Parker Meadows, who captured his first varsity tournament title in just his second year of wrestling. An impressive milestone and well earned.

This tournament used modified bracket formats, so final placements looked a little different than a standard tournament. With traditional brackets, several of our wrestlers would have finished even higher. Overall, it was a strong team effort and a great step forward.
