The Miamisburg Viking Boys Varsity Bowling team ended the regular season by winning the 2026 Tiger End of Season Tune Up, marking five consecutive tournament victories over the last six weeks. The tournament, hosted by Pickerington High School and held at Wayne Webb's Columbus Bowl, featured 17 high school teams.

The Vikings rolled games of 967, 1032, and 985 in the regular game portion of the tournament. The team was led by junior Grant Drusen with games of 203, 240, and 211, earning him the second spot on the All-Tournament Team. Sophomore AJ Cannarozzi came off the bench in Game 2 and rolled games of 201 and 266 to get the Vikings on track.

After three games, the Vikings found themselves down 58 pins to then-leader Celina. The two teams have developed quite a history this season, having earned the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds in two other tournaments this year that Miamisburg eventually won.

The Vikings did not panic at the deficit and began the Baker games with intensity. Over the six Baker games, the team averaged 219.17. In the first Baker game, the boys rolled a 211 to take a five-pin advantage and never looked back. They followed with games of 243, 248, 212, 180, and 221 to secure a convincing 290-pin victory over the closest competitor.

The five tournament victories mark the most total wins in program history since its inception as a sport in the 2006–2007 season.

The Vikings now head into the postseason with the Sectional Tournament on Wednesday, February 18 at Poelking Woodman Lanes beginning at 9:00 a.m.
