The Ryan Smith Crush It Fore Cancer Foundation (CIFC) was created in 2016 to financially assist families affected by cancer. Ryan Smith was the first recipient and lost his battle to an aggressive form of cancer in August 2016. However, Ryan was extremely passionate about helping others and paying it forward. CIFC is fulfilling Ryan's legacy with his character and heart in mind. 50% of funds raised go toward college funds for Ryan's daughter, Emi, and son, Cohyn. The remaining 50% goes to a local family affected by cancer.

The 2026 recipient is Breanna Ramberger. Breanna is currently a 17-year-old Senior at Miamisburg High School. In December 2025, she was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. Despite the incredible challenges she faces, Bre continues to show strength, courage, and resilience beyond her years. Breanna lives in Miamisburg with her parents, Angel and Scott. Join us for a day of fun to support Breanna and her family!
