Junior Lila Krull finished off a historic season by earning a hard fought 4th place finish at this year's Girl's OHSAA State Wrestling Championship. Lila went 3 & 2 overall in the tournament, with a first round pin, and a close points victory in the quarterfinals. After losing a decision in the semifinals, she came back with a first period pin to earn her spot in the 3rd/4th place finals, dropping a close 4-2 decision. This is Lila's third trip to the state podium, placing 8th & 2nd in her freshman and sophomore outings. Lila ends her junior year campaign with a record of 42 wins and 3 losses, breaking her own single season win record.
