On March 20th, the Miamisburg Women's Lacrosse program had their home opener against Little Miami on Friday night under the lights.
On the offensive side, the Vikings recorded 7 total points. Leading the scoring effort included Boparai and Toole with 2 goals each, while Porter added 3 points. Shultz contributed with one assist.
In the mid-field, the draw team secured 4 draw controls, providing support on both ends of the field while helping to transition between offense and defense.
Defensively, goalie Jacey Mason made 6 saves, which was supported by a strong defensive unit that included; Clune, Botteicher, Roberts, Rizzo, and Hall.
Despite a hard fought game, the Vikings fell short with a final score of 14-7. They are back at home on Monday, March 23rd @6pm to face off with Chaminade Julienne.
