The boys track team competed at the Wayne Invitational Thursday and Friday night. With over 100 teams competing, here are the top finishers:
The 4x100 relay team of Chance Powell, Tamir Thomas, Brydon Martin, and Brayden Carpenter finished 6th.
Connor Norman finished in 9th place with a time of 1:55.79, setting the Junior record and placing 2nd all time in Miamisburg history.
Other top performers out of 90 individuals:
Dylan Gibbs placed 16th in the discus with a throw of 141 feet 1 inch.
Gavin Severing placed 14th in pole vault with a season best 12 feet 6 inches.
William Preston finished 13th in the 400 with a season best of 50.73.
Brayden Carpenter finished 19th in the 100 with an 11.05, tying his season best performance.
Gabe Stocker posted his season best 2 mile time with a 10:10.98 finishing 31st.
