The boys track team won the Marty Collier invitational at Lebanon Wednesday night. Connor Norman won the 800 meter run and broke the school record with a time of 1:54.47 and breaking the record by over 1 second.
Other winners include the 4x100 relay team of Chance Powell, Tamir Thomas, Angelo Leonard, and Brayden Carpenter, the 4x200 relay team of William Preston, Tamir Thomas, Brayden Carpenter, and Jordin Clack, and Gavin Severing in Pole Vault.
Second place finishers include Angelo Leonard in the 110 hurdles, Milo Cokes in Long Jump, Brayden Carpenter in the 200 meter run, Dylan Gibbs in discus, Riley Sanders in Pole Vault, the boys 4x800 relay team of Gabe Stocker, Kaden Shock, Joel Reinker, and Brody Lamb, and the boys 4x400 relay team of Paul Moss, Brydon Martin, Brody Lamb, and William Preston.
The team also won the combined champion title with the girls second place finish. Next week, the varsity team will head to GWOC at Beavercreek.
