The boys track team competed in the regional semifinals at Wayne Thursday night. The following teams have qualified for regional finals Saturday:
4x400 meter relay: Jordin Clack, William Preston, Connor Norman, and Brydon Martin
400 m dash William Preston
4x100 meter relay: Chance Powell, Tamir Thomas, Angelo Leonard, and Brayden Carpenter. They also broke the school record with a time of 41.98.
4x200 meter relay: Willam Preston, Tamir Thomas, Brayden Carpenter, and Milo Cokes. They broke the school record with a time of 1:28.01.
The field events and running finals will start at 10:00 Saturday at Wayne, featuring these athletes, high jumper Darren Valaire, and the 800 runners Connor Norman and Brody Lamb.
