The first 2 weeks of the golf season are very busy. We have played in 2 tournaments and a 9 hole match already this week. On monday we played in the Dayton Christian Invite at Pipestone. The boys came off of a tough challenge at the Talawanda invite last week where they played well, but struggled at this tournament on our home course. We finished 6th out of 10 teams. The team was lead by Kayden with a 79 and Monroe with an 87. These two will be battling all year for the top spot on the team. Tuesday we played in our MIamisburg Invite at pipestone against 24 teams. We finished 14th. Kayden lead the way with a 78 that put him 13th in the field. Monroe finished close behind with an 80. The team went to Franklin golf club this morning to play a dual match, 9 holes, against franklin. the team was lead by Monroe shooting a 38 and Carter Stolle with a 43.
We have one more match later this week against Fairmont.
