The Miamisburg Boys Varsity golf team picked up a decisive victory monday 8/24, defeating East Clinton High School 169–191 at Pipestone Golf Course.

?The Vikings capitalized on their home-course advantage, putting together a solid team performance across the board to secure the 22-stroke win.

?Leading the charge for Miamisburg was Monroe Shoemaker, who earned match medalist honors with a nine-hole round of 37 (+1). Shoemaker set the pace early, consistently hitting fairways and greens to keep the Vikings out in front. Kayden Reboulet finished with a 39 for the second lowest score of the match

?The rest of the varsity lineup delivered steady complementary play to keep East Clinton at bay throughout the afternoon. While East Clinton battled to keep the score tight, Miamisburg’s depth and short-game execution proved to be the difference.

?With the victory in hand, the Vikings will look to carry their momentum forward into their next matchup.
